Box Office Collection Accepted

Collect from the venue on the day of the show during box office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Accessible Seating

Surtitles: For many operas, a running English translation is displayed above the stage. These are visible from row J forward in the stalls, row M forward in the circle, and in the grand tier.

Babes-in-arms (children under 2 years old) will not be allowed in the theatre.
Children aged 2 – 15 years old shall require their own ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking.
Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
